Types of events

For Business Meetings, Seminars, Conventions, Parties, Catered meals, Banquets and Weddings, our Ballroom area has spacious meeting rooms that accommodate up to 350 people. We offer discounted hotel room rates for people attending any events being held at our hotel.

Food Service options
Bring your own food or caterer. Since we do not have a restaurant on site, we offer our banquet and meeting guests the choice of bringing in their own food or bringing in their own caterer. Also, for those who prefer our hotel to handle the food service, we can arrange for meals to be catered from a number of fine caterers or local restaurants. It is thus not necessary to buy food from us to be able to hold an event in our ballroom or meeting rooms.

Beverage service. We do sell soft drinks, mixers, coffee and punch for use at meeting and banquet events. We have a fully equipped bar with soft drinks and mixers on tap. We can provide bartending services for your event.

Kitchen facilities. We have a large commercial kitchen designed around the needs of caterers with large refrigerators, freezers, and ice machines. The kitchen is available for use by caterers or parties renting the ballroom or meeting rooms.

• CATALINA ROOM - 40' x 34', height 12' [Seating for 140 persons]
• TUCSON ROOM - 34' x 23', height 12' [Seating for 80 persons]
• TORTOLITA ROOM - 24' x 23', height 12' [Seating for 50 persons]
• For big events, combine all 3 of the above rooms as the walls are moveable to make a space which is 98' long, 23' to 34' wide, and 12' high [Seating for 270 persons]
• RINCON ROOM & POOLSIDE BAR AREA - 41' x 19', height 12
